I have 18 years’ experience across Operations, Finance, and IT in the Financial Services industry, specialising in Change Management. I worked on the introduction of Lean efficiencies at Deutsche Bank before moving onto prominent regulatory programs at UBS. I forged strong partnerships and collaborated across businesses and time zones to implement change that met the requirements of senior stakeholders, including the UK, Swiss and US financial regulators.
My interest in sustainability has been ingrained in every role I’ve had. I’ve worked with charities as a member of the Corporate Social Responsibility Operating Committee as well as raising awareness of sustainability internally through multiple communications as part of a People Committee.
After completing the Business Sustainability Management course at CISL (Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership) in 2022, I chose to pursue my passion for sustainability and the importance of our natural and built environment full-time. I am an outdoorsy person; I love nature and hiking (a Munro bagger enthusiast) and I want to do all I can to protect our planet.
Joining Changing Streams in 2023, I will utilise my organisational and people skills to facilitate the delivery of the Changing Streams vision to reduce plastic and carbon in the built environment.
